On 28th to 29th July 2026, the Municipal Chief Executive (MCE) Hon. Ella Esinam Christine Nongo, together with the Municipal Coordinating Director (MCD) Mr. Seth Anim Boadi and a monitoring team from the Adentan Municipal Assembly, embarked on a two-day inspection of ongoing development projects across the municipality to assess the progress and quality of work.

The team visited several strategic projects aimed at improving education and healthcare infrastructure within the municipality.
The projects inspected included:
– Construction of a 3-Storey 18-Unit Classroom Block at Adenta Community Basic School.
– Construction of a Fence Wall and Landscaping at the Ashaley Botwe Health Centre.
– Construction of a 3-Storey 18-Unit Classroom Block (Sectional Completion – Phase 1: 2-Storey 12-Unit Block) at Otanor Community Basic School.
– Construction of 1No. Two(2) – Storey Clinic with Maternity Block & Staff Accommodation – Amrahia Health Centre
– Construction of 1No. Two(2) – Storey Six (6) Unit Classroom Block – Amrahia Basic School.
– Construction of Two (2) Unit Classroom (KG) Block – Ashiyie Community Basic Sct

During the inspection, the team assessed the progress of work, engaged contractors and consultants on site, and emphasized the importance of maintaining high construction standards while adhering to project timelines.

The exercise forms part of the Assembly’s routine monitoring efforts to promote accountability, quality assurance, and the timely completion of projects that contribute to the socio-economic development of the Adentan Municipality.
