A Complainant lodged a complaint that three persons have illegally blocked her road, preventing any tipper truck from entering her house at Amrahia.
An officer from Works department followed up on this issue and sanctioned the three persons who had caused this nuisance.

A Resident of the Ssnit flats complained about some footballers playing football daily on the Adentan Community Park amidst the rise of Covid-19 cases.
An officer from Environmental department was tasked to visit the Adentan Community Park to educate the footballers at length and discourage them from playing football on the park during the covid season

An officer from Estate department was tasked to go inspect the faulty street lights and organize it to be fixed.

A Complainant from Lakeside made a complaint that the noise pollution from neighbor who has started a church, has become unbearable and unfair due the noise. This issue before has been reported before and the process started but halted in December 2019 after the church was processed to court.

Housing down complained that a resident is preventing her from connecting a pipe from the sucker way from her house to the gutter to prevent spillage onto the road claiming that he constructed the gutter and distills it and therefore will not allow this connection to be done.
Environmental health Office was discharged to talk to the man in question and also ensure that right thing was done to prevent any misunderstandings and environmental hazards.
