The Adentan Municipal Assembly (AdMA) has established a client service unit to receive complaints and suggestions from the public as a means of deepening and strengthening the relationship between the Assembly and the public.
The unit will receive complaints on developmental issues from the communities and officials of the Assembly within the Municipality.
This is to improve on the service delivery standards of the Assembly and provide stakeholders with information on how it operates, give them timely information on actions and decisions taken by the assembly.
Speaking at the durbar, the Municipal Chief Executive (MCE) of AdMA, Hon. Benjamin B. Angenu, said the unit will receive and facilitate the resolution of client complaint, provide information to clients on the Assembly’s services to ensure that the Assembly’s delivery conform to service standards.
The Unit is located at the right hand side of the reception of the Assembly and will be handled by a trained officer, equipped with a telephone and computer to contain a database of client service activities he added.
The Municipal Chief Executive (MCE) of AdMA, Hon. Benjamin B. Angenu thanked all stakeholders present for their constant support and further stated that this unit will go a long way to ensure effective service delivery through the facilitation of timely resolution of clients’ complaints.
