A Complainant complained of excessive cutting down of trees by residents in the SSNIT Flats.
The client service went with the Parks and Gardening Officer to educate the household on the need to seek approval from the Assembly for permission before cutting down trees

A Complainant from Adentan TIS complained of a squatter putting a Kiosk in front of her house and causing environmental nuisance
The works department was notified and the Building inspector for that area was notified who supervised the removal of the squatter.

A Complainant from Nmai Dzor complained of noise pollution and security threats by an illegal sited church and with some squatters on her plot.
The Environmental Health Officer was informed and an officer dispatched to measure and caution the offenders. The Physical Planning Department was alerted on the illegal sited structure for verifications.

An Officer from the works department to inspect the street light and resolve the issue. The Assembly member was also notified.

A Resident from Ritz junction complained about his neighbor building a wall that extends into the road making it difficult to go to his house.
An officer from the Works department was assigned to address the issue, the culprit was summoned and given a number of days to get the wall out of the way.

A Resident who lives at Ritz Junction opposite Shop and Save lodged a complaint that a neighbor is building a wall which blocks the road.
The works office visited the resident and caution the neighbor
