The Adentan Municipal Assembly’s Social Welfare Department together with Social Welfare Association of Ghana(SWAG) and Sustainable Development Alliance celebrates Boxing Day with street children and Head potter(KAYAYE’s).
The activity was led by Mrs. Mary Towbin Osei of Sustainable Development Alliance and President of Social Welfare Association of Ghana (SWAG) and Head of Social Welfare Department ADMA , Mr.Divine Exorgbe. Already prepared food packages and drinks was shared to over 300 children on the street. The distribution commerced around American House, a suburb with the ADMA Municipality and extends to Madina Social Welfare, Madina Zongo Junction, Okponglo Shiashie, Aacra Mall and Opeibea.
The purpose of the event as previously organized ones is to put smiles on the faces of these street children during the festive season.
