An end-of-year get-together was organized by The Adentan Municipal Assembly (AdMA) on the 23rd of December 2021 at the forecourt of the Assembly’s headquarters.
The event was held to celebrate a fruitful year and hard work that earned Adentan Municipal the first position on the league table assemblies, to acknowledge retired AdMA staff and staff on posting. The event also used to observe the 9 lessons and carols service ahead of the Christmas festivity.
Hon. Daniel Alexander Nii-Noi Adumuah, the Municipal Chief Executive (MCE) in his address to the staff mentioned that, AdMA gained over eighty percent per the measure used by the United Nations International Children and Emergency Fund (UNICEF) after accessing the educational system in the municipality.
Similarly, he also mentioned that AdMA has improved in the health sector, sanitation, information and communication technology and other sectors. He urged all heads of various departments and subordinates to put in much effort to maintain the position through hard work and achieving results. Finally, the MCE charged the IT department to create a system that will enhance communication between heads of departments as a way of reducing the printed form of communication in 2022.
Mrs. Jemima Tsina Apedo the Municipal Coordinating Director (MCD), and Hon. Joseph Odai-Boye, the Presiding Member (PM) wished all those present a happy celebration and keep observing the Covid-19 safety protocols.
