A three (3) days capacity building training on client management and communication skills was organized for twenty secretarial grade and client service officer.

The basic reason for the training was to equip them with the basic communication skills and client management.

This training Programme is part of the capacity building tool to refresh staff of the Assemble. On behalf of the Municipal Chief Executive the Human Resource Manager of Adentan Municipal Assembly welcome the participants to the Programme and advised them to be very serious with the lesson sessions and to take every lession serious.

He advised them to concentrate more on all the areas the resource person will take them through.

The resource person, Mr. Percy Anaab Bukari welcome all participants and introduced the course out line in the areas of customer care orientation understanding different personality traits, effective communication in client services.

He said these outline, when explained to the letter, would help equip staff to execute their duties effectively as client service officer.

Mr. Bukari explained to staff the meaning of clients, corporate image management effective client service and effective communication.

After the three (3) days training the participants were very happy and appreciative for the capacity building training. They explained the lessions they have benefited from the training pragramme.
